Albert C. Wright, Jr.
Albert C. Wright, Jr. is from Compton California, and enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1969. He is a Vietnam Veteran and served in various assignments in the United States, Japan, and Germany. He retired as a commissioned Chief Warrant Officer in 1989. Currently, he is committed to serving veterans as the Commander of AMVETS Post 44 in Dekalb County, Georgia since 2016.
As a civilian, he worked in the disciplines of Emergency Management/Preparedness at both Fulton County Government, Atlanta Georgia, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Atlanta Georgia. He is a graduate of Columbia College, Columbia Missouri, and Emory University, Atlanta Georgia.
He is married to his veteran wife and has two adult sons.
